SHIPPING CALCULATIONS

Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.  Most in stock items will ship within 3 - 5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10 - 15 business days.

PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.

EVENT / BULK ORDERS

Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you.  It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5 - 8 WEEKS before the event.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Allow extra time for holiday shopping season.  We highly recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to ensure that you get your gifts in time for Christmas.
