These terms and conditions govern your use of the Amaryllis Park’s online retail and wholesale store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by our Shipping Policy.
Amaryllis Park and its affiliated brands reserve the right to implement a 20% restocking fee to any order to cover any associated materials or labor. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging BEFORE any action is taken by Amaryllis Park.
SHIPPING CALCULATIONS
Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx interchangeably to allow us to select the best timing as well as select the best shipping costs.
If you have a preferred shipper, please let us know as we can invoice the difference as needed.
STANDARD, HOLIDAY, & EVENT PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.
Most in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10-15 business days. Each item will have their specific processing times based on current staffing, stock, and material availability. Please review the Processing & Shipping sections located in each listing for applicable times.
For HOLIDAYS, CELEBRATIONS, OR EVENTS WITH SPECIFIC DATES we recommend getting your orders in at least 8 to 10 weeks before the due date. The more you order, we recommend giving yourself as much time as possible.
We recommend giving Amaryllis Park and YOU enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship.
PLEASE NOTE: PROCESSING TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES. Amaryllis Park has no control over transit times of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other transport company; we encourage you to select the best service by the best company to meet your timeline or needs.
Also, most shipping companies have cut off dates for Thanksgiving and Christmas shipping. Please plan accordingly.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING ITEMS, & LOST PACKAGES
Amaryllis Park is relieved of any responsibility for your order / the package once it has been passed to your designated shipper or deemed delivered by the shipper of choice. We will provide all tracking information once the package has been passed to your chosen shipper and any follow up regarding the package and its delivery is the responsibility of the client or the recipient. We have no control over the shipper or their operations. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when offered to help with any losses.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage, defective, and missing claims on shipped items must be made within 3 calendar days of carrier documented delivery. No claims will be accepted after 3 calendar days. Use the Contact Us page for a return authorization on damaged, defective, or missing items. Be sure to thoroughly explain the situation so that we can better assist.
All approved return items must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging BEFORE any action is taken by Amaryllis Park. In some cases, a required police report will need to be filed before a refund or replacement can be issued.
INCORRECT, INSUFFICIENT, OR MISDIRECTED ADDRESS
SHIPPING - INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT/MISDIRECTED ADDRESS: Addresses are copy and pasted or automatically filled in via connected apps. If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem.
If your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund or store credit - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment. If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier to reroute to the correct address - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting. In the case where a package is refused and shipped back to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
We will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect, insufficient, or misdirected addresses provided by the customer. No refunds, discounts, or exchanges will be authorized in the event the incorrect, insufficient, or misdirected mail causes the items to miss the event date or deadline as provided by the customer.
