Chargeback Policy

OUR SHARED COMMITTMENT

At Amaryllis Park, we believe in the power of a direct connection. Because we are a small, intentional studio, there is never a reason to file a chargeback. Whether you have a concern about a delivery, a question about a charge, or a change of heart, reach out to our concierge first. We are humans, not algorithms, and we are committed to finding a soulful resolution with you immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours for our studio to provide a thoughtful response to your inquiry.

THE INTEGRITY OF THE TRANSACTION: By completing your purchase, you authorize the transaction and waive the right to file a chargeback for any reason other than documented, unauthorized fraud. We utilize advanced verification to protect the studio; if we determine a transaction carries a high risk of dispute, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order to ensure the security of our boutique.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHARGEBACK ABUSE: To protect our craft and the independent business community, we do not tolerate "friendly fraud." If a chargeback is filed for a valid purchase, we will defend the transaction through all available legal and architectural means, including:

  • Documentation: Providing full proof of delivery, service, and correspondence to payment providers.
  • Recovery: Utilizing third-party collection services to recover the original funds, plus any associated fees, fines, and administrative costs.
  • Reporting: Including the incident in global chargeback abuser databases. Being listed on such databases may permanently impact your ability to shop at Amaryllis Park and other independent boutiques.

THE ARTISANAL STANDARD: Because of the bespoke nature of our work, "Product Not As Described" is not a valid reason for a chargeback. If a piece does not meet your expectations, please follow our Refund Policy. Any authorized returns following a resolved dispute must be returned in "Studio-New" condition within 10 days at the customer's expense.

CONTESTING & COOPERATION: In the rare event of a dispute, you agree to assist us in investigating the transaction. We will send requests for information to your provided email address, and we require a full response within 14 calendar days. Amaryllis Park remains entitled to recover chargebacks and associated costs even after the termination of services.
