OUR COMMITMENT TO CRAFTSMANSHIP

Bespoke & Made-to-Order (Final Sale): At Amaryllis Park, we specialize in intentional, one-of-a-kind creations. Because our bespoke gifts—including custom engravings, wax seals, and personalized fragrance blends—are crafted specifically for your celebration, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-Ship Essentials: For our non-customized items, we offer a 7-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same "Studio-New" condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

The Grace Window: We begin the creative process shortly after your order is placed. If you have a change of heart on any order, please contact us at heythere@amaryllispark.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover materials and labor already dedicated to your "Tuesday Victory."

Return Process: To start a return for a ready-to-ship item, please reach out to our concierge at heythere@amaryllispark.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Guarantee of Delight: If your order arrives damaged or with a clear craftsmanship error, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately.
