Shipping Calculations
Weight-Based Rates: Shipping is calculated by weight once your items are securely packaged.
Interchangeable Carriers: We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx interchangeably to ensure you receive the best timing and rates.
Preferred Shippers: If you have a specific carrier preference, please contact us so we can invoice any cost difference.
SHIPPING & THE ARTISANAL PACE
Grand Milestones & Large Events (8–10 Weeks) For high-volume custom orders—including weddings, corporate gatherings, club events, or milestones requiring deep customization—we recommend a lead time of 8–10 weeks. This ensures ample time for the collaborative design process and artisanal production of your suite.
Bespoke Individual Gifts Single custom items (such as a personalized tag or specific wax seal) typically follow our 10–15 business day made-to-order timeline.
Ready-to-Ship Essentials Our curated, non-customized items are kept in-studio and usually depart within 3–5 business days.
The Hand-Off Please note that processing times do not include transit times. Once a package is passed to the carrier, the journey is in their hands, and Amaryllis Park is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
Inspection Window: Please inspect your order immediately; claims for damage or missing items must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Return Authorization: Use our Contact Us page to request authorization for any damaged or defective items.
Return Conditions: Approved returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days and must be unopened and in original packaging.
Shipping Insurance: Once a package is passed to the carrier, we are relieved of responsibility; we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Address Errors & Refused Packages
Correction Window: If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately; we can only fix it before the order ships.
Rerouting & Reshipping: If an order is already in transit, you will be responsible for additional carrier fees to reroute or reship the package.
Refused Deliveries: Packages refused and returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Policy on Delays: We do not provide refunds or discounts for orders that miss an event date due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
