Gifting & Timing
To ensure your bespoke gift arrives in time for the grand opening or the big "I Do," we recommend an 8 to 10-week lead time. Quality takes time, and we refuse to rush your celebration.
Standard in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days, while made-to-order gifts typically require 10-15 business days for creation.
While we steer the ship here in the studio, once your package meets our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), they take the helm. We’ll provide the tracking so you can watch your 'Tuesday Victory' arrive.
Because timing depends on various factors like order volume and drying/curing times, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for gifts that miss an event due to shipping delays or incorrect address info.
Yes, we strongly encourage following specific carrier cutoff dates for Thanksgiving and Christmas to ensure your gifts are delivered on time.

THE GIFT OF CHOICE
Once your order is fulfilled, you or your recipient will receive an email containing a digital gift card with a unique redemption code.
Recipients can view their current balance by clicking the unique link provided in the original gift card email.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card, and its use is subject to our Terms of Service.
Treat your digital code like a vintage heirloom. For your security, we only see the final four digits, so keep that email in a safe sanctuary.
Yes! The balance can be spent across multiple orders as long as there is value remaining on the card.

By completing a purchase, you agree to resolve all inquiries through our internal Return or Cancellation process. We ask that you honor the spirit of our boutique by speaking with us directly before involving a third party.
To protect our small studio and the integrity of our craft, we have a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback abuse. We utilize advanced verification and, when necessary, report instances of intentional "friendly fraud" to industry protection databases and authorities.
Our goal is your absolute delight. If a piece isn't what you expected, please utilize our standard return process. Filing a dispute for quality concerns without contacting us first is a violation of our terms, and any associated costs will remain the responsibility of the account holder.
