Terms of service

WELCOME TO THE SANCTUARY By engaging with Amaryllis Park—whether you’re browsing our collections or commissioning a bespoke masterpiece—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms as our studio grows; your continued presence in our community constitutes acceptance of these changes.

THE ARTISANAL STANDARD (ACCURACY & TIMING) We take great pride in the "Tuesday Victory" we craft for you. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our product photography and scent descriptions, please note that because our work is artisanal and often hand-finished, slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance are a hallmark of the bespoke experience.

Lead Times: By placing an order, you acknowledge our stated lead times (3–5 days for ready-to-ship, 10–15 days for individual bespoke, and 8–10 weeks for Grand Milestones).

THE CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP (YOUR CONTENT) When you share photos, text, or sentiments for a personalized gift, you grant Amaryllis Park the right to reproduce that content solely to fulfill your order.

  • Privacy: Your personal family photos and private sentiments are a sacred trust. We will never use them for marketing or social media without your explicit, written permission.
  • Content Standards: We reserve the right to refuse any custom request that contains hate speech, illegal content, or intellectual property that you do not own the rights to.

THE STUDIO ARCHIVE (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) Every original design, wax seal motif, fragrance story, and "Tuesday Victory" branding on this site is the exclusive property of Amaryllis Park. We invite you to enjoy them for your personal celebrations, but the commercial reproduction, "reverse-engineering," or unauthorized use of our artisanal work is strictly prohibited.

EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS Our Sanctuary may contain links to third-party websites (like our social media or carrier tracking). Amaryllis Park is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites. Your journey there is subject to their own terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Amaryllis Park provides our goods and "Sanctuary" on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or site, including delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has left our studio.

SOULFUL RESOLUTION (DISPUTES) Before involving third parties or banks, you agree to contact our concierge first at heythere@amaryllispark.com. We are humans, not algorithms, and we ask for 60 days to work in good faith with you to resolve any concerns. By purchasing, you honor the spirit of our boutique by utilizing our Refund Policy rather than initiating a chargeback.

 GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
