Artisanal Upkeep
Every collar is handmade from start to finish in our studio, utilizing a soulful combination of machine sewing, hand sewing, and precision adhesion. Because we view these collars as fine jewelry for your companion, we recommend treating them with the same intentional care to prolong their fiery beauty for years to come:"
- Sanctuary & Inspection: When not adorning your pet, store your collar in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight. We recommend regularly inspecting the setting for displaced prongs or loose stones.
- Jewelry Care: As with any wearable treasure, these pieces are subject to natural wear and tear. Should a prong shift during an adventure, gently bend it back into place over its respective rhinestone to secure it once more.
- Gentle Cleansing: To maintain the luster of the stones and the integrity of the base, spot wash and air dry flat as needed.
- Organization: Consider a protective dust bag for travel and special occasion celebrations.
SHIPPING CALCULATIONS - Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Most in stock items will ship within 3 - 5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10 - 15 business days.
PROCESSING TIMES - Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.
EVENT / BULK ORDERS - Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you. It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5 - 8 WEEKS before the event.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING - Allow extra time for holiday shopping season. We highly recommend ordering as early as possible if you want to ensure that you get your gifts in time for Christmas.
