To swap your tag to a new bag, simply unthread the secure twist-lock clasp or snap open the classic ball chain connector.
CARE & STORAGE - Cleaning Your Acrylic: To preserve the glass-like clarity or rich matte finish of your tag, gently wipe it with a soft, clean microfiber cloth. If needed, use a drop of mild soap and warm water. Never use harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based wipes, or glass cleaners (like Windex), as these can cause premium acrylic to cloud or micro-fracture over time.
