Meadow Grove Wax Seals

Artisanal Scale & Impact

We offer a curated range of distinct dimensions to suit every correspondence ritual. For our Custom Hardware Collection, each piece features a substantial, solid brass stamp head paired with a beautifully turned wood handle, precision laser-etched in either a crisp, standard flat profile or a deeply sculpted 3D depth profile.

For our Pre-Made Seals, each impression is hand-poured in our Sarasota studio, resulting in an organic, flowing edge that extends approximately 0.125" beyond these base dimensions for an authentic, weighted look.

• The Petite (0.75" / 20mm): A delicate, understated touch for intimate notes. Final Seal Size: ~0.875"
• The Classic (1.00" / 25mm): Our most versatile, timeless standard for fine stationery. Final Seal Size: ~1.125"
• The Cartouche [Oval] (1.18" x 0.79" / 30mm x 20mm): An elegant, elongated canvas optimized for vertical crests and monogram duos. Final Seal Size: ~1.30" x 0.91"
• The Tablet [Rounded Rectangle] (1.10" x 0.71" / 28mm x 18mm): A modern, geometric orientation for landscape insignias and clean typography. Final Seal Size: ~1.225" x 0.835"
• The Statement (1.50" / 38mm): A bold, high-impact presence for parcels, packaging, or event menus. Final Seal Size: ~1.625"
• The Heirloom (2.00" / 50mm): Our largest, grandest canvas for complex heritage crests and grand announcements. Final Seal Size: ~2.125"

Studio Note: While these represent our foundational sizes, Amaryllis Park frequently designs in specialized dimensions. Specific, non-standard scale details will always be explicitly detailed within their respective individual listings.

• The Petite: 12 Hand-Poured Seals per Palette
• The Classic, The Cartouche, & The Tablet: 9 Hand-Poured Seals per Palette
• The Statement: 5 Hand-Poured Seals per Palette
• The Heirloom: 4 Hand-Poured Seals per Palette

The Amaryllis Standard

• Backing Style: Available with our Professional Adhesive (a high-bond, sleek peel-and-stick backing) or in our traditional Artisanal format (no adhesive) for the purist pouring raw wax.
• Curated Quantities: Pre-poured sets of 20, 30, 40, and 50 arrive nestled securely within our signature, hand-stamped muslin cotton studio pouch.
• The Hand of the Maker: Every custom stamp head and wax seal is hand-crafted with artistic intention in our Sarasota, Florida studio. Because our work is truly artisanal, please expect the slight, soulful variations and beautiful imperfections that make your physical mark iconic and entirely unique.

The Ritual of Application
Applying a wax seal is the final, intentional touch on your correspondence. To ensure a bond as lasting as your message, we recommend the following steps:

• Preparation: Ensure your envelope or cardstock is clean and free of oils or dust for the strongest artisanal bond.
• The Reveal: Gently peel the clear adhesive backing away. Avoid touching the sticky surface with your fingers to maintain the integrity of the seal.
• Placement & Connection: Position your seal and press firmly from the center outward for five seconds. This ensures a full, secure connection to your stationery.

The Professional Secret
To preserve the intricate 3D detail and the organic natural border of your seal, we recommend the Double-Envelope Method. Place your sealed note inside a slightly larger outer envelope to shield it from automated postal rollers.

The Signature Flourish
For a truly soulful presentation, request "Hand-Canceling" at your local post office. This ensures your artisanal mail is processed by hand, keeping the wax impression pristine from our studio to your recipient’s door.

Curator's Application Tip: If you are applying these in a very cold environment, briefly warming the adhesive side with the warmth of your palm before sealing can help the bond set even faster.

Tailored Artistry
Deepen the visual impact of your seals with our curated studio finishes. From hand-applied metallic leafing in gold, silver, or rose copper to the subtle
catch of light from our non-toxic glitters, these finishes add a multi-dimensional, luxurious shimmer to your signature suite.

Beyond the Studio Set (50+ Seals)
If your vision requires a larger quantity than our standard 50-count sets, we invite you to reach out for a Bespoke Commission. Whether for a wedding, a corporate event, or a branding launch, we are happy to discuss custom timelines and volume pricing. Contact the Studio.

Preserving Your Seals

• Temperature Control: Wax is a natural medium. Store your seals in a cool, dry place. High temperatures can soften the wax and compromise the adhesive integrity.
• Storage: It is best to keep your seals in their original muslin bag or an airtight container to prevent dust from settling on the adhesive.
• Luster: To restore the shine of a seal, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

Palette Updates & Availability

While we strive to keep our 33-shade collection fully stocked, our artisanal supply chain occasionally results in colors becoming unavailable or discontinued. Should the shade you’ve selected be out of stock, we will reach out to you personally to discuss the following soulful solutions:

• The Perfect Match: Transitioning to the closest available color match as advised by our studio’s curators.
• The New Discovery: Exploring an entirely new shade from our current seasonal palette.
• A Clean Slate: If a substitute doesn't honor your vision, we provide the option for a full, immediate refund.

The Journey to Your Door
We believe the anticipation of a gift is part of the joy. To ensure your treasures arrive in pristine condition, we carefully 'over-pack' each order with protective materials. Shipping is calculated by weight once your items are securely packaged for their journey.

Timelines & Artistry

• In-Stock Collections: Most of our curated items ship within 3–5 business days.
• Bespoke & Made-to-Order: For items crafted specifically for you, please allow 10–15 business days for creation and drying times before shipping.
