- The Bottle Message: Tell us exactly what to engrave on the glass! Whether it is a family name, a wedding date, or a cheeky toast, we will format it to perfectly match your chosen Engrave Style.
- The Stopper Monogram: If you upgraded to a monogrammed cork, let us know what to engrave! For a single initial, enter your 1 letter. For a traditional 3-letter monogram, enter them in the exact order you want them to appear (First, LAST, Middle). If you skipped the stopper upgrade, simply leave that section blank!
Care & Keeping 🥂. To keep your bespoke bottle looking absolute perfection for years to come, please follow these simple steps:
- The Glass Canvas: Your custom design is permanently laser-etched into the glass, meaning it will never peel or fade! To keep the glass sparkling (especially our Frosted and Colored finishes), we highly recommend gently hand-washing the bottle with warm water and mild soap.
- The Custom Stopper: Wood and heavy water are not best friends! To keep your engraved stopper looking pristine, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Please do not soak it or run it through the dishwasher.
- Temperature Check: Like all premium glassware, avoid extreme temperature changes (such as pouring boiling hot liquids into a cold bottle) to keep your centerpiece safe and sound.

We believe the anticipation of a gift is part of the joy. To ensure your treasures arrive in pristine condition, we carefully 'over-pack' each order with protective materials. Shipping is calculated by weight once your items are securely packaged for their journey.
