The Submission Process
- Place Your Order: Complete your purchase through the checkout.
- Send Your Files: Email your artwork to studio@amaryllispark.com.

- Digital Proofing: Once we receive your file, the studio will generate a digital proof for your approval. We will not touch the brass until you have signed off on the design.
File Guidelines
- Preferred Formats: .PDF and .SVG (Vector files) are ideal as they allow for infinite scaling without losing detail.
- Image Formats: High-resolution .PNG and .JPG are also accepted.
- Studio Tip: For the best results at a 15mm scale, please ensure your designs are high-contrast (black and white) with bold lines.

To ensure your custom design arrives in "just-poured" condition, we recommend the Double-Envelope Method: place your sealed note inside a slightly larger outer envelope. This protects the intricate 3D detail and the organic natural border from automated postal rollers.

For a truly soulful presentation, request "Hand-Canceling" at your local post office. This ensures your mail is processed by hand, keeping the brass impression pristine from our studio to your recipient’s door.

The Ritual of Care
Your Signature Seal is a solid brass tool designed for a lifetime of use. To maintain the clarity of your custom engraving:
- Routine Cleansing: While the brass is still warm after a pour, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth to remove excess wax.
- Removing Stubborn Wax: If wax hardens in the fine lines, allow the head to cool completely and use a wooden toothpick to gently lift it out. Avoid metal tools that could scratch the brass.
- Preserving the Luster: Genuine brass develops a soulful patina over time. You may embrace this vintage character or restore its original shine with a jewelry-grade polishing cloth.
- Storage: Always store your stamp in its signature muslin bag in a cool, dry place to protect the laser-etched face.
For those creating an abundance of impressions—such as wedding invitations or holiday gift sets—keep your Signature Seal resting on an ice pack or a chilled metal surface between uses. The Studio Timeline
Every order is handled with intention in our Sarasota studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and hand-packing before your items begin their journey to you. For custom commissions, this timeline begins once your artwork has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping Rituals
- Domestic USA: We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS and UPS.
- The Complimentary Threshold: All orders over $150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping—our gift to you for bringing more artistry into your world.
- Tracking: Once your parcel departs the sanctuary of our studio, you will receive a soulful update with your tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
- Bespoke & Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our Signature Seals and custom-engraved tools, these commissions are final sale once the engraving process has begun.
- Standard Collection: For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
- Studio Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your custom engraving, please contact us within 7 days so we can prioritize a replacement for you.
While we do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of heart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe your artisanal treasure has arrived with a defect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We offer a 24-hour grace period for order modifications before they move into our production flow.
