- Materials & Component Adjustments: Our collections rely on the seasonal availability of premium raw components and specialized packaging from our trusted suppliers. On rare occasions, this may require us to make minor, high-quality substitutions to hardware, structural elements, or wrapping details to ensure your order never stalls.
- Digital Renderings vs. Studio Reality: Any graphic mockups or digital previews provided on our shop pages are intended solely as visual guides to assist with your design layout. The final laser depth, metal polish, and physical textile drape will always carry the authentic, tactile soul of live studio production.
Maintaining the Verticality: To preserve the architectural integrity, ensure the layers remain flat; a light steam from a distance will restore the crispness of the grosgrain weave.
Restoring the Silhouette: If the tiers become compressed, gently adjust the layers to restore their rhythmic, stacked volume.
Intentional Storage: Store flat in a sturdy, cool, dry sanctuary. To protect the hand-crafted tiers, avoid stacking items on top of the bow to ensure the vertical silhouette remains sharp.
